What is an LE- card?

An LE-card is a twist on the traditional e-business card. Here at Law and Enterprise, we believe networking with business and legal professionals online should be a simpler and smoother process. Our solution was the LE-card! Featuring your main skills, areas of expertise and current projects, the LE-card provides entrepreneurs with the ability to communicate and request the services of business and legal professionals in a quick and efficient manner.

What does it do?

By signing up for an LE-card, you open yourself to a number of opportunities and prospects. With an LE-card you will be able to:

  • Feature in our Entrepreneur Directory where you can advertise your skills and expertise to other registered entrepreneurs and business professionals across the UK.
  • Browse the Entrepreneur Directory and send your LE-card to those entrepreneurs or business professionals of interest.
  • Request the legal services of those listed in our Legal Services Directory on a non-obligatory basis.

How much detail needs to be filled on My LE-card?

The level of detail that is published on your LE-card is up to you, but in our opinion, the more information you provide, the easier it will be for other entrepreneurs and business professionals to find you in the Entrepreneur Directory.  You will be able to upload a picture of yourself or a logo of your business. You will also be prompted to choose your top three skills to list on your LE-card.

How do I send my LE-card to entrepreneurs listed in the Entrepreneur Directory?

To send your LE-card with another registered entrepreneur, simply click the desired LE-card in the Entrepreneurs Directory to view their profile and click the ‘send LE-card’ icon that appears on the page. If they accept your LE-card, you will be notified of this by email and they will automatically join your personal contacts and you will be able to view their contact details (and vice versa).

How do I use my LE-card to request the services of a Legal Service Provider listed in the Legal Service Directory?

Similar to the process for sending your LE-card to other entrepreneurs, simply click the ‘send LE-card’ icon that appears next to each LE-card listed in the Legal Service Directory. You will be promoted to enter a few details of your request and upon clicking ‘send’ we will forward your request to the chosen Legal Service Provider to arrange a suitable time to contact you.

If I accept an LE-card what does this mean?

By accepting someone’s LE-card you both become contacts and are able to view each other’s contact details.

By declining an LE-card, you both will not become contacts and will be unable to view their contact details.
